Kelley Ireland
Associate Director, Public Affairs
Kelley is responsible for the Association’s interactions with parliamentarians and governments across the UK, alongside leading our Government Affairs group.
Kelley brings a strong background in health policy and government engagement, having previously worked for parliamentarians in both the House of Commons and Lords and at the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG) as Special Advisor to Dame Lesley Regan.
Most recently, she spent seven years at the NHS Confederation where she gained extensive experience of the health and policy landscape, alongside a strong understanding of working within a member organisation.
Outside of work, Kelley competes in open water swimming competitions raising money for charity. Recent swims include the Bosphorus Cross-Continental race and swimming the English Channel as a relay.
