Who We Are
ABHI supports the HealthTech community to provide products and services that help people live healthier lives. As the voice of the industry, we show the value of health technology and overcome barriers to people benefitting from it now and in the future. Members include leading multinational companies through to small and medium sized enterprises. We represent the HealthTech industry to key stakeholders, such as governments, healthcare systems and regulators.
HealthTech plays a key role in supporting delivery of healthcare and is a significant contributor to the UK’s economic growth. HealthTech is the largest employer in the broader Life Sciences sector, employing 158,500 people in 4,500 companies, with a combined turnover of £44.2bn. ABHI’s 400 members account for approximately 80% of the sector by value.
