Member Engagement and Compliance Manager
Alice joined ABHI in 2026 as Member Engagement & Compliance Manager, supporting the management of ABHI’s member groups and helping members navigate the ABHI Code of Business Practice and wider industry compliance requirements. Alice began her career with Deloitte in Paris before moving to the UK, where she qualified as an accountant with CIMA. After working in finance roles across a range of companies and industries, she joined Bristol Myers Squibb in 2006. In 2018, Alice became Compliance & Ethics Lead for the UK & Ireland, with responsibility for the compliance programme across both markets. Her role included running compliance committees, delivering training and communications, and advising business stakeholders on projects and activities. Alice was a member of the ABPI Code Working Group and PMCPA Compliance Network and worked with both organisations on updates to the ABPI Code, including championing and contributing to the development of a simplified complaints procedure. Most recently, Alice worked for Diageo, where she developed and implemented a business integrity programme across its global functions.
