Biography & Career
Ricardo joined the ABHI Board in 2024, following his appointment to Managing Director, Johnson & Johnson MedTech UK & Ireland.
Originally from Argentina, Ricardo’s studies in Business led him to live and work across multiple countries, in cities including Buenos Aires, Prague, Moscow, New York, Toronto, and London. During this time, he also enriched his education by earning the TRIUM Global Executive MBA.
His extensive international experience, gained throughout his education and career in the FMCG and healthcare industries, is underpinned by his dynamic leadership style, balanced with a focus on nurturing a strong and sustainable business culture and a deep commitment to health equity, both globally and now specifically across the UK & Ireland.
Beyond his professional achievements, Ricardo is a passionate sports enthusiast with a history of playing rugby. Today, he channels his competitive spirit into building high-performing teams within J&J MedTech, aiming to tackle the world's most pressing health challenges at the intersection of biology and technology.
