Biography/Career

Natasha, known as Tash, leads the UK, Ireland and Nordic clusters, for the Clinical Nutrition and Medication Delivery portfolio at Baxter Healthcare Ltd, after working in multiple business segments including pharmaceuticals and renal care. She is responsible for over 100 employees in both commercial and operations roles

Alongside her Business Unit Head role, Tash also double hats in the role of Country Lead for Baxter for the UK and Ireland. This involves legal representation and signatory rights for the country, ensuring proficient compliance and governance systems, acting as representative for local authorities and industry trade associations, being the figurehead externally and importantly an enabler of the Baxter culture, values and collaboration across functions and global business segments.

Tash has a strong passion for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and is the EMEA Lead for the Baxter Multicultural Network, a business resource group designed to tackle racial and cultural injustice, including understanding, and addressing health disparities in the populations she represents and serves.

With a MSci in Chemistry, Tash transitioned from a scientific research background to commercial medical device/Pharma sales. She has 17+ years’ experience in sales, marketing and business development leadership roles including P&L responsibility for mature and launch businesses, across hospital and home.

She is a mother to 3 girls, wife to an Endurance Coach, lives in Bristol and is a bookworm with a continuous thirst for learning.
