Biography/Career
Natasha (“Tash”) is a healthcare leader recognised for bringing together strategic vision and a deeply people-centric approach to leadership. As General Manager / Vice President for Western Europe at Baxter Healthcare - a global medical device and pharmaceutical company with a 90-year legacy and presence in more than 100 countries - she leads a high-performing regional organisation across diverse markets within the Integrated Therapies and Platforms (ITP) division.
Tash began her career in scientific research before moving into the MedTech industry, where she has built more than 20 years of experience across sales, marketing and business development. She has a strong track record of driving growth and leading transformation across complex healthcare markets, with leadership roles that have deepened her understanding of different cultures, healthcare systems and market dynamics. Most recently, she led Baxter’s UK, Ireland and Nordic cluster and served as Country Lead for the UK and Ireland.
Tash is recognised for fostering environments where teams are empowered to perform, innovate, and lead with purpose. A passionate advocate for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, she is committed to addressing disparities in healthcare. She leads the ABHI Women’s Health Group and represents Baxter on the ABHI Board of Directors. Tash holds an MSci in Chemistry and lives in Bristol, UK with her family.
