Biography/Career

Jayne Bailey is Senior Director, Value & Access EMEA at Cepheid, leading regional strategy to enable the adoption of innovative molecular diagnostic technologies across health systems. She works across markets to align policy, reimbursement and system priorities, supporting timely patient access to high impact diagnostics.

With more than 20 years’ experience in the in vitro diagnostics sector and a background in molecular biology, Jayne has built her career across Cepheid, Abbott and Beckman Coulter, holding leadership roles spanning commercial, marketing, market development and value & access functions. She has worked extensively with government, the NHS and clinical stakeholders to support the development of diagnostic pathways, translating innovation, evidence and policy into routine practice. She combines strong strategic and commercial insight with deep knowledge of the policy and reimbursement environment.

Jayne is passionate about improving patient care through innovative technology and believes strong partnerships across industry, government and healthcare are critical to enabling faster adoption across the NHS.
