Biography/Career
Devika Sahdev is Senior Legal Counsel at Solventum, a global MedTech company spun off from 3M in April 2024. She is Head of Legal for the UK, Ireland and Nordics. Devika joined Acelity (formerly known as KCI) in 2018 as part of the international legal team and went on to hold a range of legal roles within 3M’s Healthcare division following its acquisition of KCI in 2019. Before moving in-house, she spent 10 years in the corporate team at Allen & Overy LLP, advising on a range of multi-jurisdictional M&A transactions. A graduate of Warwick University in the UK and Mount Holyoke College in the US, Devika has lived, studied and worked in nine countries and is based in London with her husband and daughters.
