Annabelle Neame: Exhibiting with ABHI at Arab Health

This year, ABHI was proud to welcome one of the world’s leading health concierge service Lexihealth onto the UK Pavilion at Arab Health.

Based in the heart of Harley Street Medical Area (HSMA), Lexihealth’s medical concierge service delivers rapid access to the best healthcare for patients around the world. CEO Annabelle Neame explains why the exhibition was such a great platform for them.

Harley Street Medical Area (HSMA) provides a vast array of clinical excellence however, with so much choice it’s often difficult to know where to start or who to trust. Lexihealth understands this and are on hand to provide individuals with fast and easy access to the highest quality healthcare, tailored to them. Uniquely, we cover all aspects of healthcare whether surgical, medical, mental health and well-being; at every stage from GP appointments to screenings, diagnosis and second opinions, to personal treatment and recovery plans.

The Middle East is a key market for us due to the lack of availability of certain specialist healthcare in the region. As a company we are keen to help develop services and provision of healthcare by strategically partnering with facilities and corporates. Our main objective at Arab Health was to meet more of the HSMA community as we are keen to work collaboratively and in partnership with clinicians and clinics in this area as well as the Howard de Walden Estate. It was important for us as a young company to increase our visibility and brand awareness and this was an ideal opportunity, both in London and internationally, to do this. The message we wanted to convey was ‘based in the heart of London’s world-renowned medical district, we simplify and manage the patients’ healthcare journey at every stage, so the patient can focus on their recovery and wellbeing.’

Overall Arab Health was extremely successful for us and we will most certainly attend again next year. We met a couple of unexpected connections just from being present on the stand and have recently signed two contracts that will increase patient flow from UAE to London. It was an excellent opportunity to talk to as many people as possible about the impartial advice that we bring together by covering 65 medical specialties and connecting 300 of some of the most experienced clinical practitioners in more than 50 world class clinical facilities. We can tailor the service to get people to the right solution faster, remove the stress of paperwork and appointment negotiation, simplify transparent payment options and deliver the most precise, personal healthcare. We help patients and their loved ones make the fastest, most comfortable recovery.

Before arriving at Arab Health, we didn’t know what to expect but the exhibition was well organised, was of high quality and had varied visitors. It was also really beneficial being on the UK Pavilion as I felt that visitors actively sought the stand out so that we could stay in one place. Being part of the HSMA stand took out the stress of design and build etc and exhibiting as part of a conglomerate certainly helped drive traffic to our stand. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and I suspect will continue to see some long-term benefits for some time yet.”
