ExR is a configurable VR learning platform delivering a rapidly expanding, co-created library of immersive clinical experiences. We work closely with MedTech manufacturers, NHS Trusts, and universities to support product adoption, clinical education, and market development, adapting our delivery model to meet the needs of both established and emerging markets. Accessible on any device, our 360° VR films span pre-hospital simulation, critical care orientation, delirium and dementia scenarios, real-patient operations, cadaveric anatomy, and HALO procedures. Our full VR simulations build muscle memory for rare equipment and mandatory training, significantly reducing resource consumption, advancing net zero objectives, and optimising real-world training efficiency. New content is added regularly across an ever-growing range of clinical specialties and settings. Through a unique co-creation model, educators and learners collaboratively shape these scenarios, ensuring content remains dynamic, relevant, and directly responsive to evolving real-world challenges.
