1. Editor's Comment:

There is a slightly new look to the e-newswire insofar as Celia Jarvis now has her own section. All matters, therefore, relating to ABHI-organised exhibitions will henceforth be covered by Celia separately, this week positioned in Section 4.

ABHI also has a look new to its Export Club, and more on this will follow in a later issue. In the meantime, please note ABHI's South American themed Export Club on 10 July (Section 2 refers); Mexico, although, strictly speaking, not in South America, will also be covered at the meeting.

In the meantime, I will see those of you interested in China at the CMEF Road Show on Tuesday (See Section 3).

Theresa

"Nexus and HealthInvestor, the magazine we publish, helped to organise conferences in London in 2007 and 2008 for Israeli companies aiming to enter the UK market. Israel has world-class research and technology which the companies who attended have exploited to develop devices, products and services which, in many cases, are already in use world-wide. It is clear that there are many opportunities for UK companies to be involved as distributors (especially into the NHS), development partners and investors."
