If you wish to apply for space for Medica 2008, please complete the application form and fax back immediately to
Celia Jarvis on 020 7960 4361.
Your booking form only entitles you to reserve space for one week, whilst we await the JV form (please see directly below) and a cheque for 50% of the total balance.
The JV form is a compulsory legal requirement from Messe Dusseldorf that every company exhibiting at the event must complete.
There is a multimedia charge of 275 euros equivalent to £210 on each entry which the ABHI will invoice you for. Once completed please return this form to celia.jarvis@abhi.org.uk and not as the form suggests to Messe Düsseldorf.
Grant funding from the UKTI of £1,000 towards your exhibition costs is available for eligible companies at Medica.
To apply for a grant read the TAP terms and conditions. Once these have been read and accepted please click on the grant form button and complete the form, which should take around 15 minutes. Please e-mail the completed form to celia.jarvis@abhi.org.uk and also send a hard copy through the post to the ABHI at :
