Seeking: The Commercial Office at the American Embassy has been approached by a U.S. manufacturer of products designed for the prevention, relief and treatment of pressure ulcers. The company is looking at the possibility of acquiring a medical distributor in the UK or Ireland with distribution in nursing homes, hospitals, home care. It is, ideally, searching for a firm that has sales in the range of £3 to £10 million pounds, been in business five years or longer, and has a strong brand name and reputation. This could include an owner looking to retire or exit out of the business.
