Applying for an Exhibition
If you would like to be part of the UK pavilion at a forthcoming event you will need to complete the appropriate ABHI application form and return it to us with a 50% deposit.
Please be aware that the ABHI is unable to hold space for companies without a completed application form and deposit. Please clearly complete the form using the appropriate company contact and make sure that you keep a copy for your records.
The ABHI can only except a signed and dated hard copy version. Please make sure that you read the terms of participation on the application form, and return it to the ABHI at:

Once we have received your form and deposit we will e-mail confirmation of your booking and send you important information, upcoming deadlines and a list of appointed contractors who can help in your preperations.
The contractors will be available to assist you with your freight, travel, accomodation and stand construction arrangements. Any questions in these areas should be directed to them. You will receive regular updates and reminders about deadlines and other related issues from the ABHI and one of our team is always at the end of the telephone to help.
In many cases other forms are required to be completed by the exhibition organisers and we will send these to you with deadline information, we would ask that you please respond and complete any forms promptly.
If you would like to apply for a TAP grant a downloadable form is available from the relevant exhibitions homepage. You will also receive a copy of the correct form in your welcome e-mail. Please read the Terms and Conditions before applying and if you have any questions please contact the ABHI.
